Every version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV has an Upgrade Date. The Upgrade Date is validated against the Enhancement Expiry Date for the Microsoft Dynamics NAV license file. The Enhancement Expiry Date on a license determines the expiration date for a customer’s Business Ready Enhancement Plan (BREP).
If the Enhancement Expiry Date on a Microsoft Dynamics NAV license is earlier than the upgrade date of the version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV you have upgraded to, you will not be able to run this version and you will receive the error message.
