Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Journal Transactions (01.010.00) in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

  • You complete Work Order Setup (12.950.00).
  • You enter at least one work order in Work Order Entry (12.250.00).
  • You access Journal Transactions (01.010.00) and then enter a Journal Transaction batch that has many detail lines that all contain work order IDs.

In this scenario, you receive the following error message:

System Message 10065

Application 0101000 has exceeded the limit if 50 cursors. Please decrease the number of cursors in use by this application.

Resolution
