Internet Explorer Find Feature Works Only with ASCII Characters

Symptoms

Characters such as and that are not in the US-ASCII character set are not correctly interpreted as the same letter in different cases (uppercase and lowercase). When you use the Find feature, Internet Explorer treats these characters as two independent letters when you search HTML content. This behavior occurs even if you have the corresponding Input locale installed.

This behavior occurs because the Internet Explorer Find feature handles only ASCII characters.
