Problems with DB mail setup

Symptom

Error when you complete or reject a timecard document in Business portal or when you save a project in SL2011 and BP 5.1.
The 07718158D19D4f5f9D23B55DBF5DF1 user is correctly mapped to the msdb database and the DatabaseMailUserRole is checked.
The databasemail profile is public and you can send a test email by using the profile.
The SL communicator trigger is applied correctly by using WITH EXECUTE AS '07718158D19D4f5f9D23B55DBF5DF1'.

Cause

The 07718158D19D4f5f9D23B55DBF5DF1 user is corrupted in the MSDB database.

Resolution

Drop the 07718158D19D4f5f9D23B55DBF5DF1 user from the MSDB database. You may have to remove attached tables and schemas to that user before you can drop the user.
This user should "not" own any schemas in the msdb db.

Run the Synchronize ownership and security utility in MSDSL Database Maintenance utility.

Add 07718158D19D4f5f9D23B55DBF5DF1 back to the msdb database and assign the databasemail user role.
