Error in Management Reporter when you create a new Dynamics AX 2012 company

Symptoms

You receive the following error in Report Designer when you create a new Dynamics AX 2012 company:

The operation could not be completed due to a failure on the server

The following will also be in Event Viewer:

Message: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.InvalidOperationException: This operation is not supported for a relative URI.
at System.Uri.get_Scheme()
at Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.DataProvider.GeneralLedger.AX6.GLProvider..ctor()

Cause

This issue is caused whenAzure AppFabric SDK v1.0is installed on the server where the Management Reporter services are installed. The Azure AppFabric SDK enters a new endpoint address in the machine.config that Management Reporter is not expecting.

Resolution

Uninstall Azure AppFabric SDK v1.0 from the server where the Management Reporter services are installed. 

Note This may prevent RapidStart - Dynamics Online software from functioning correctly on this computer.

This issue will be resolved in a future Management Reporter release.
