A country-specific update for Spain is available for Report 347 in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 and in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Changes to the report

1. New fields were added to the Declaration 347 dialog box.
   The threshold for reporting cash received was added to the Declaration 347 report dialog box:
   
   
2. Presentation of quarterly amounts:
   New columns were addedto present the amounts in quarters as per the new requirements.
3. Cash received reporting:
   No changes, except for the additional quarterly presentation.
   
   For each customer, the quarterly presentation ispresented per fiscal year to which invoice the payment refers. And then all the other payments in cash that are collected are summed up for that year.
   
   In order to identify the cash payments received from customer, the Cash ledger accounts table has to be filled with the accounts on which the cash received is posted.
   
   This table is used also for the 340 report and is located under Cash ledger accounts. This is located in the General ledger, under Setup, under Spanish declaration.
4. Presentation of tenants:
   The fields for Entrance, Floor, and Door can now hold three alphanumeric characters instead of only two. 
   
   The geographical code of the property was also added (as in report 340) so that user can now select from a drop-down menu.
5. Other changes to the report:
   Other changes that were made to the report were the following:
   • Record Type 2 – VAT number should be of data type AN, right aligned and padded with spaces.
