Symptoms

When you attempt to select multiple files in a Microsoft FrontPage 2000 web, you may be unable to select more than one file.

Cause

This behavior can occur if you are attempting to select multiple files by clicking Open on the File menu.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1.On the View menu, click Folders.
2.In the left pane, click the folder that you want.
3.Select the files that you want in the right pane, using the standard Microsoft Windows protocol.

To select multiple files in a Windows program, hold down the CTRL key, and then click the files that you want.

TIP: You can select a contiguous series of files by clicking the first file in the series and then pressing SHIFT and clicking the last file in the series.
