When adjusting the slider bar to set the Pen actions under the Pen and Touch applet, there may be a delayed response when clicking above the small hash marks to the right and left of the slider control to adjust the functionality. This issue only occurs if the language bar is currently displayed and only if you click above the small hash marks to the right and left of the slider control, dragging the slider control or adjusting the slider using the keyboard does not reproduce the delayed response. - Double-tap

To reproduce the issue, follow these steps:
- Right-click the taskbar, point to Toolbars, and then click Language bar
- With the language bar displayed, click Start, and then click Control panel
- Click Hardware and Sound, then click Pen and Touch and click the Touch or Pen Options tab
- Under Touch actions or Pen actions, select one of the effected Pen actions and click Settings...
- Adjust the slider from left to right or right to left by clicking above the small hash marks at either end of the slider control.
You will notice the delay from when you click the adjustment arrow and when the slider responds.
To work around this issue, drag the slider to the left or right or use the arrow keys on the physical keyboard or the on-screen keyboard to adjust the slider control.
