Consider the following scenario:
- You use Microsoft Outlook 2010 to send a nonrecurring meeting request that has a reminder to attendees in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment.
- You access the mailbox by using an Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) device and then change the meeting request. You do not change the properties of the meeting such as the date, message body, location, subject, and so on. For example, you change the reminder frequency of the meeting request. (The reminder frequency is not considered a property of a meeting request.)
- You synchronize the EAS device that accesses the mailbox in Exchange Server 2010.
- You use Outlook 2010 to add or to delete attendees for the meeting and then click Send Update.
