Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Order Management in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011:

  • You customize the Order Management Shippers (40.110.00) screen by using custom VBA code to add a Preview button for the specific shipper ID.
  • You click the Preview button to preview the shipper information that is displayed on the screen.
  • You print the Order Management Sales Order (40.600.00) report.

In this scenario, the printed Order Management Sales Order (40.600.00) report does not include any shipper information. Instead, the printed report is blank.
