This issue may occur if a user's mailbox contains an e-mail message with a stripped or disassociated attachment, or if a user's mailbox contains a corrupted e-mail message. When you select one of these messages in the user's mailbox, you receive one of the following error messages:

Note There may be more than one message of this sort, and they may appear in any folder, including the Deleted Items and Sent Items folders.
Attachments are most likely to be stripped from e-mail messages if a user runs the Isscan.exe utility or has antivirus software installed. If you run the
ISINTEG /ATTACH command, this may fix the problem. However, if you still cannot move the mailbox, use the method described in the "Resolution" section of this article.
