Notes
- If the value of the isInternalRequest parameter is True, no authorization check is required. This is the original behavior of the CommerceResponse InternalProcessRequest(CommerceRequest request) API. This behavior is documented in the CS2009 R2 document.
- If the value of the isInternalRequest parameter is False, the authorization check is enabled.
