Cause

You will this receive warning message if you are using classes in the Employee Maintenance window. The message indicates that you should start the process on the Human Resources (HR) side versus Payroll. The Class ID field is mainly a Payroll feature. The message indicates that you should not be assigning deductions/benefits using the class method when you have HR installed. Deductions/benefits should be set up in Human Resources first, so they can roll to Payroll. If you are assigning deductions in the Class ID, it is warning you that the HR side will not be updated. This is a warning message and cannot be turned off.
