A Windows Server 2008-based OCSP responder logs incorrect "thisUpdate" time stamp in the OCSP response

The issue occurs because the Online Responder Service (Ocspsvc.exe) retrieves the value of the thisUpdate field from the base CRL instead of from the delta CRL.
