In Microsoft Access 2010 you create a Web database that contains reports. You publish the Web database to your SharePoint Online site on Microsoft Office 365. When you attempt to view any report, you receive the following error message:
Access Services reports are not enabled. To view the report, open the report in the Access client.

Microsoft Access Services does not support opening or viewing reports on Microsoft Office 365. This is by design.

In order to�view Microsoft Access reports, you must open the Web database in your Microsoft Access 2010 client application. To open the Web database in Access, perform the following steps on SharePoint Online:
- On the Options menu, click Open in Access
- In the File Download dialog, click the Open button.

You can make design changes to reports in the client. Any design changes made�in the client�must be synchronized to the Web database for other users to see them. To synchronize select the File menu and click Sync All.
Note that you will receive the same error message when attempting to view reports in the Report Center in the Sample Web Database templates from the Office website. The sample Web database templates include Assets Web database, Contacts Web database, Issues Web database, Charitable Contributions Web database, and Projects Web database.�
