The Enable-CSUser and Disable-CsUser cmdlet ignores the -DomainController parameter in Lync Server 2010

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Assume that you deploy a Microsoft Lync Server 2010 environment in a domain that contains more than one domain controller or global catalog. When you run the Enable-CSUser or the Disable-CsUser cmdlet with the DomainController parameter in the Lync Server Management Shell, the DomainController parameter is ignored. In this situation, the user might be enabled or disabled on a wrong domain controller or globe catalog.
