FIX: An update is available to enable some editable parameters when you use ESSO to store DB2 connection string data in a Host Integration Server 2010 environment

Summary

This article introduces an update for Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010.

Currently, after you set up Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) to store DB2 connection string data, some editable parameters are no longer available.

After you install this update, the runtime client can specify the following override values for the ESSO-stored client accounting properties:
  • Client Accounting
  • Client Application Name
  • Client User ID
  • Client Workstation Name
