FP2000: Trailing Slash (/) Is Doubled When You Recalculate Hyperlinks in Web

Symptoms

When you enter a tag with a trailing slash (/) and a separating space, such as <p / >, and then perform a recalculation on hyperlinks, the result is that the slash is doubled. If subsequent recalculations on hyperlinks are performed, the number of trailing slashes doubles as well. This eventually causes CPU usage to rise to 100 percent, which can render your server unusable.

Cause

The trailing slash and separating space at the end of a tag are treated as an attribute of FrontPage, which parses the attribute as a NULL value.
