Users are unable to access Microsoft Exchange 2010 mailbox resources

Cause

At least one Client Access Server (CAS) role matching the Exchange Mailbox Server version can not be�found in the site.

Resolution

If a site contains servers that are running Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, at least one Exchange 2010 server must be running the CAS server role.To resolve this issue, verify that at least one Exchange 2010 CAS server is available.
