Symptoms

Assume that you create an ICMS complementary invoice in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Brazilian localization layer installed. When you send a NF-e XML file for the ICMS complementary invoice to the government, you receive the following error message:
225 - Rejection: Invalid XML Schema for the NF-e.
The NF-e file is rejected by the government.

Cause

This problem occurs because the system only inputs the corrected ICMS value that is adjusted by the ICMS complementary invoice in to the XML file when the system sends the NF-e XML file from the ICMS complementary invoice.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installation

To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
