You cannot print invoices for other customers if one customer is stopped in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1

Symptoms

Assume that you create a sales order for different customers in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1). You post the picking lists. After you do this, you enable the Stopped setting for one of these customers. If you post the invoice, you receive an error message because a customer is stopped. This behavior is correct. However, you cannot print invoices for other customers.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installation

To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
