Scenario Description

When I am using Outlook 2007 / 2010, how come Outlook shows "Work Offline" in the lower right corner and I can't send or receive e-mail normally, even when the network connection is working normally? How can I resolve this issue?

For Outlook 2010

please click the "Send / Receive" button first.

And then click on "Work Offline".

"Work Offline" will no longer appear in the lower right corner of Outlook 2010. You can now send and receive your e-mail normally as well.

, please click the "Offline" button in the lower right corner, and then just click "Work Offline".
