"Programming Bulletproof Error 9800" when you run the Usage Capture Process (41.460.00) in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Inventory Replenishment in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011:
  • On the Sales Orders (40.100.00) screen, you create a sales order that has a TR order type.
  • You process the transfer order until it is completed, and you print the Sales Journal (40.690.00) report.
  • You release the resulting inventory transfer batch on the Release IN Batches (10.400.00) screen.
  • You run the Usage Capture Process (41.460.00) in Inventory Replenishment.
When you do this, you receive the following error message:

Programming Bulletproof Error 9800 - "The cursor % has % columns associated with it. It should be greater than 0 and less than or equal to 256."
