To fix this problem automatically, click the

File Download dialog box, click

Open, and then follow the steps in the easy fix wizard.
- Before you install this easy fix solution, install the hotfix that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 2598267.

After you install the hotfix package, follow these steps to enable the hotfix:
- Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options
- On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) value.
- Type ForceSetCopyCount, and then press Enter.
- In the Details pane, right-click ForceSetCopyCount, and then click Modify.
- In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor.
