A crawl for a Lotus Notes content source enters an infinite loop

Symptoms

When you configure the Lotus Notes Connector in Microsoft FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint and perform a crawl for a Lotus Notes content source, the crawl enters an infinite loop and is not completed.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Lotus Notes Connector tries to insert an item into the state tracker database in FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint that already exists in the database.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, apply the following update:
