Custom objects added to the Print Form (40.100.02) subscreen of the Sales Orders (40.100.00) screen are invisible in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Order Management in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011:

When you add a custom object to the Print Form (40.100.02) subscreen for the Sales Orders (40.100.00) screen, the custom object is no longer there after you close and reopen the Print Form (40.100.02) subscreen.

Resolution
