SQLFetch1 returns blank values in a custom Software Development Toolkit application in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Symptoms

When you are debugging a new or upgraded Software Development Toolkit application, you notice that after the SQLFetch1 buffer loops through 18 to 50 rows, the buffer values that are fetched are blank.

Resolution

Hotfix information for Microsoft Dynamics SL

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
