The output from "NETSH INTERFACE IPV4 DUMP" cannot be imported on the same system, if you run the command in specific non-English user interface

Symptoms

The output from "NETSH INTERFACE IPV4 DUMP" on a Windows Server 2008 R2 based system cannot be imported on the same system, if you run the command in specific non-English user interface (MUI).

The affected languages are:

Cestina, Deutsch, Norsk, Espanol, Nederlands, Suomi, Polski,Portugues, Magyar, Dansk, Francais, Italiano, Svenska

Cause

Code defect

For example the „German“ dump output contains tranmslated words, for example  

"add route prefix=0.0.0.0/0 interface="192.168.1" nexthop=192.168.1.254 publish=Ja",  

and “Ja” (the German translation for Yes) is not accepted during import (“Yes” would be accepted also in German)

Resolution

To be able to import the output from the command, NETSH INTERFACE IPV4 DUMP, you need to run it when the language interface is set to be English.
