Internet Explorer displays the current Web page as a blank page after you open an "Outlook://" Universal Resource Identifier (URI). For example, if you add your Inbox to Favorites in Microsoft Outlook 2000, Internet Explorer displays the current Web page as a blank page when you open your Inbox from Favorites in Internet Explorer.
