Assume that you use the Tablet PC Input Panel (Tabtip.exe) or the On-Screen Keyboard (Osk.exe) on a computer that is running Windows 7. In this situation, keyboard shortcuts which include one or more modifier keys (Ctrl, Shift or Alt) and the Fn key do not work correctly.
For example, you start the Tablet PC Input Panel, and then you start Notepad. Then, you press Alt+Fn+F4 to close Notepad. In this example, Notepad does not close. Another example is the Ctrl-Shift-F3 key combination to enter Audit mode from OOBE does not work with the onscreen keyboard.
Note This issue may occur when a Japanese 106 keyboard or Korean 103 keyboard driver is installed on the computer.
