Symptoms

When you try to drag an address from the Internet Explorer Address box to the Organize Favorites window, you hear a beep and the address does not appear in the Organize Favorites window.

Resolution

To copy an address from the Address box to your Favorites:
  1. In Internet Explorer, click the Favorites button on the toolbar.
  2. Drag the address from the Address box to the Favorites pane or to a folder in the pane.
