- In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment, user A has the Full Access permission and the Send As permission to a mailbox of user B .
- The storage quota for the mailbox of user B is larger than the default storage quota.
- User A logs on to user B’s mailbox.
- After user A lets the mailbox sit idle for some time, user A then tries to send or forward an email message.
Note The time is longer than the Reread Logon Quotas Interval value.
You've exceeded the storage limit for your mailbox. Delete some items from your mailbox.
