Values are removed from multiple Invoice Entry (SD.202.00) screen boxes when you click Close on the toolbar in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Service Dispatch in Microsoft Dynamics SL:
  • You open a service call on the Service Call Entry (SD.200.00) screen.
  • You click the Invoice button to open the Invoice Entry (SD.202.00) screen.
  • You click the Save button, you click the Finish button, and then you click the Close button on the toolbar.
  • You click Yes when you receive the following message:

    System Message 6001: "Do you want to save your outstanding changes?"
In this scenario, you notice that the values in several of the boxes in the Invoice Entry (SD.202.00) screen are removed. You expected the values to remain and the screen to close.
