FIX: "Check for relevant alerts" message for servers that are listed in the "Servers with incomplete report data" field of the "User activities" report, and no alerts are found in Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010

Symptoms

When you run the User activity report in Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010, the report header may include a list of servers and a message that resembles the following:
Servers with incomplete report data: server_name
(Check for relevant alerts)
However, when you check the TMG Management console and the event log, there are no relevant alerts.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install the service pack that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
