Symptoms

When you use Microsoft BizTalk Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)-SAP Adapter for mySAP Business Suite 3.0 to send some Remote Function Call (RFC) requests to an SAP system, the WCF-SAP adapter may incorrectly keep connections open.

Note To close the connections, you must restart the BizTalk Server host that runs the adapter.

Additionally, new connections fail and you receive some error messages when the numbers of connections accumulate to a large number.

For example, you receive the following error on a send port:
Error ID:

0xc0c0167a

Error Description:

Microsoft.ServiceModel.Channels.Common.ConnectionException: Details: ErrorCode=RFC_OK. ErrorGroup=RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION.
