Close Statement Cycle process does not close all customers in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Accounts Receivable in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011:
  • You process a statement cycle in the Close Statement Cycle (08.590.00) screen.
  • The statement cycle that you process contains more than 100 customers.
When you do this, you notice that the Close Statement Cycle process does not close the statements for all the customers in the cycle. Additionally, you notice that the Last Statement Date box in the Close Statement Cycle (08.590.00) screen is not updated.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, download the following SQL script and execute it against your Microsoft Dynamics SL Application databases.

Note Before you follow the instructions in this article, make sure that you have a complete backup copy of the database that you can restore if a problem occurs.
