Email messages that are sent through Quick Send reference the wrong company ID in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Order Management and Quick Send in Microsoft Dynamics SL:
  • You create a sales order in the Sales Orders (40.100.00) screen for a customer who is set up to use Quick Send.
  • You log off from the company to which you are currently logged on, and you log on to a different company in the Microsoft Dynamics SL application database.
  • You print the Order Confirmation (40.610.00) report.
  • You review the email message that is sent to the customer through Quick Send.
When you do this, you notice that the email message that is sent contains references to the company ID that you were logged on to when you printed the Order Confirmation (40.610.00) report. However, you expect that the email message references the company ID for which the sales order was created.

Resolution
