More Information

After you apply this update, you must clean up queues appropriately. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Computer Management tool.
  2. Expand Services and Applications.
  3. Expand Message Queue.
  4. Select Public Queues.
  5. In the result pane on the right side, select and then delete the following queues:
    • mqbridge xact dead letter
    • mqbridge dead letter
    • Mqbridgeproxycontroler
  6. Select Private Queues.
  7. In the result pane on the right side, select and then delete the following queues:
    • Q2qchannelcontrol########

Note There may be several queues that have different values at the end. Delete each queue.

    • q2qsyncqueue.CN Name.sync

Note This has the name of the CN that is configured in the Bridge.

Note If you are on a cluster, you have to start the Computer Management tool from the Cluster Failover tool on the active node. This lets you delete the private queues that are assigned to the clustered Message Queuing instance.
