LDIFDE does not convert attributes that contain Base64-encoded entries

Symptoms

When using LDIFDE with the -c option to transform the Distinguished Names from an export domain to the Distinguished Names of an import domain, any attributes that contain characters outside of the Basic Latin range (0x20-0x7f) will be Base64-encoded without being converted.

Any attributes that do not contain characters outside the Basic Latin range will be converted successfully.

The attributes affected include sAMAccountName, MemberOf, Members, DistinguishedName and UserPrincipalName.
