In Dynamics AX transaction time is one hour ahead when not using using daylight savings time

Symptom

When the operating system "Automatically adjust for time for Daylight savings time" is not selected on any servers the transaction times may appear one hour ahead in Dynamics AX forms. As example in the Dynamics AX client go to ToolsSession Date. When first open the form the current date time and the session date time is an hour ahead. This time difference will also affect the time of posted transactions. This time difference will only be seen for the dates that daylight saving time is in affect. (March - November, actual date varies by year)
