After you install Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1), the Preview tab will be unavailable when you open a page that FrontPage opens in Preservation Mode. This prevents you from going into Preview after you make changes directly to the HTML that would be lost when you go back to HTML view. You can still edit the page in HTML mode and change to Normal mode.
