This article describes a hotfix package that contains the latest hotfixes for Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) 4.6 All Languages and that is dated March 2011.
Note We recommend that you test hotfixes before you deploy them in a production environment. Because these builds are cumulative, each new hotfix release contains all hotfixes that were included with the previous hotfix package. We recommend that you apply the most recent hotfix release that contains the hotfixes that you want.

This hotfix package addresses the following issues:
- When you try to load a package and there is insufficient space in the Application Virtualization cache, you receive a "0A-0000E01E" error.
- You try to perform a publishing refresh operation on the App-V client. However, the network is disconnected when you log on. Therefore, you receive a "0A-10000001" error.
- The App-V client does not release all handles that were created in a publishing refresh operation.
