Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Service Dispatch in Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3):
  • You select the Technician check box on the Service Call Invoice Approval (SD.204.00) screen.
  • You press F3 in the Technician box, and you select a technician name value.
When you do this, the technician name value that you selected does not "default" into the description box. Additionally, you notice that if you press F3 in the Technician box and select a different name, the wrong ID is defaulted into the descriptionbox.
