Symptoms

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) 5010-compliant schemas that are included in hotfix 973415 for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009 or Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 are not compliant with the latest specifications of Type 1 TR3 Errata.

Resolution

The Microsoftedixsdtemplateskb2510733.exe file of the following cumulative update package contains HIPPA 5010-compliant schemas that are compliant with the latest specifications of Type TR3 Errta.
