Requisition Information Agent (RQ.RIA.00) does not send email messages for change request approvals in Microsoft Dynamics SL

Consider the following scenario in Requisitions in Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Service Pack 3 (SP3):

• You generate a purchase order from a requisition in the Generate Purchase Orders (RQ.400.00) screen.
• You create a change request for the original requisition in the Requisition (RQ.110.00) screen.
• You submit the change request for approval.

In this scenario, you notice that the Requisition Information Agent (RQ.RIA.00) does not send an email message to notify the approver that the change request needs approval. In this scenario, you expect that the approvers who are set up for the approval level needed to approve the change request will receive an email notification.

Additionally, you notice that after the change request was approved, Requisition Information Agent (RQ.RIA.00) does not send an email notification to the user who created the change request to notify that user that the change request was approved.
