Prerequisites
To apply this hotfix, you must have the .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
Note The .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1) contains the .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
Restart requirement
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix if the affected files are not being used.
