Error "The Directory is not Empty" when creating a MED-V 2.0 workspace package

Symptoms

When attempting to create a MED-V 2.0 Workspace package, the following error occurs: 

A problem was encountered while creating the MED-V workspace package.
The directory is not empty

Cause

This error message can occur if the VHD is attached or mounted by another process or application when the workspace package is being created.

Resolution

Detach or dismount the VHD before starting the workspace packager.
