Permission error for CRM Connector and Payment Service objects in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2

Symptoms

Customer receives permission error for one or more of the following CRM Connector or Payment Service objects in Microsoft Dynamics NAV:

  • Integration Management codeunit (5150)
  • DO Payment Trans. Log Mgt. codeunit (829)
  • DO Payment Mgt. codeunit (825)
  • DO Payment Credit Card table (827)
  • DO Payment Trans. Log Entry table (829)

Cause

This problem only occurs for MBL licenses downloaded before January 13, 2011, as these licenses do not give permissions for the new CRM Connector and Payment Service objects listed under Symptoms.

Resolution

To solve this problem the customer needs to download their license again. The problem was fixed January 13, 2011.
