To temporarily work around this problem, move the MDE files back to the original location or create new MDE files in the new folder.
Office 2000 SR-1 only enables the MDE to resolve references the same way an Access database (MDB) does. This means it will search for the new location of the reference in specific folders. If the referenced file is in a folder that is not searched, the reference remains broken. To resolve this, you can either move the file to a folder that will be searched, or you can use the RefLibPaths key to include additional paths where Microsoft Access can search for broken references.
