Introduction

  • You publish the form to a form library on a certificate-authenticated SharePoint site.
  • You use a Windows Vista-based computer try to open or edit the form in the form library.

After you install the hotfix package, follow these steps to enable the hotfix:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
  2. Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\InfoPath\EditorCommon
  3. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
  4. Type IgnoreServerCacheOnOpen, and then press ENTER.
  5. In the Details pane, right-click IgnoreServerCacheOnOpen, and then click Modify.
  6. In the Value data box, type 1 , and then click OK.
  7. Exit Registry Editor.
